Question Similar morphs that edit body shapes like General Butch or Jeckyll do, textures of veins

Hello everyone, I apologize for any mistakes that may have been made, and for possibly duplicating the thread.

Can someone please tell me if there are morphs that allow you to create similar body shapes in the style of GeneralButch or Jeckyll with almost one click?

And is there a texture that creates the appearance of veins on the body? I've seen this on some models, but unfortunately I haven't found it as a separate module.

Sorry for the stupid question, I'm new here in this regard.
