VaM 1.x How do I get the texture of the men's penis and edit it?

I saw this guide and got into a problem. The look I have is very white skin, so when I bring all the other textures in, only the penis part is so different in color. So I want to change it to a similar color myself, but I'm not sure what to do.

How can I get male's texture and edit it?

The built in textures can't be extracted from the game. You'll have to pick an existing free texture set with a CC-BY license and edit that. You'll have to lighten the penis color and blend the edges to make it look right. You can use GIMP, Photoshop, or Substance Painter to do it. GIMP is free, but the UI is not very user friendly.
