Nice job with this one. I found the thrusting improved significantly by increasing the shagger’s hip rotation spring in the physics tab to around 500.

Small adjustment to hip rotation on the male character

Adjusted the males 'hip rotation spring' value to 500, as suggested by @Damarmau. The penetration looks much smoother now. Thanks again for the help!
Added a 'Relaod Scene' button, in case the animations break, due to look changes.
