Small adjustment to hip rotation on the male character

Adjusted the males 'hip rotation spring' value to 500, as suggested by @Damarmau. The penetration looks much smoother now. Thanks again for the help!
Added a 'Relaod Scene' button, in case the animations break, due to look changes.
