Any way to set the joints values as default so that when ever the pose is changed with a preset the default values set before are instead applied instead of the pose preset joint values. The closest i could get to is with plugin called jointphysicshelper which works as a session preset and values set in that is applied to every atom globaly. But i have to still manually apply it again once any other pose preset is loaded.

Solution
Not possible at the moment, as far as I know. It would require a plugin specifically for decoupling joint physics values from joint positions and rotations. Or a more general plugin which can set any default values - and those values could then be locked, preventing other events such as preset loads from changing them.

VAM has a "preset lock" system which allows a given preset type's parameters to not be overridden by the loading of a different preset, e.g. hair can stay "locked" when an appearance is loaded. Unfortunately this doesn't help in this case since the joint physics values are coupled to joint positions and rotations in the overall "pose preset".

Yeah unfortunately preset lock does not have the options for joints, jointphysicshelper plugin is the closest sessio plugin i could find which can globally set values of joint, its not automatic though as after every pose preset i have to click apply again to set the joint values back but even that plugin is missing options like setting values for physics joint force max etc.
