Searching for art reference models

Hey folks :)

I'm searching for basic reference models that have different proportions. (Like the ones below) They are usually used as reference for artwork creation and have very little custom details and don't need genitalia either. Does anyone know if something similar is available for VAM?

Thanks for the help!

I'd say find a look you like as a starting point and save variations as appearance presets with the built in morph sliders. If you are looking to pose them to use as 3d references outside of vam, you can click ”Export OBJ and MTL files (Look in root folder after click” in the person atoms Control and physics 1 tab.

There are good free anime looks if that is the style you are going for. OniEkohvius has alot of free looks in different art styles.

There are seam guides, which can be added to the model skin to give reference lines, or you can extract the textures from the var file with winrar and make your own simplified reference line textures in an image editor.

There won't and shouldn't be looks like the last models in your image. If you want morphs like that vam isn't the place, as it is focused on adult content. There are probably morphs like that for Daz3d (which is where the genesis2 figure which the vam model comes from), as Daz is more of a universal character creator and animation environment.

That should work well! Thanks a lot for your reply and the links Origin :)

About the last model and "VAM being for adult content". That is true, but it is gaining a lot of traction in the general (SFW) 2D art scene too. Mostly because it is superior to every art posing app out there. (EasyPoser, DesignDoll, Magicposer...etc.)
You can add props and there are MANY poses, so it's ideal for reference creation.

I started using vam to pose models for referencing also. You can use it for that and nothing's stopping you and YES it's better than the other posing applications out there. At times I wanted to recommend it to my students when I started using it but when I got to know what vam is there's no way I can ever do that even if a safe for work version was made.
I'm not sure how to class "chibi" But if it looks like a child or under 18 it's a no go. It doesn't matter how much traction it gets, safe for work or not. You can post anything not accepted on the hub to other sites that allow such, or you can even have those models or works on your pateron etc. just not posted or featured through the hub. ...I think could be wrong about having it posted on patreon. Someone said you can still get banned from the hub for that but idk. Someone may have to clarify that.

Oh yes, don't worry. I don't play to upload anything that violates the hub ToS.

About recommending it to students > As it is now this is very hard to do as you said. VAM is pretty much reeking of porn ^^"
But if there was a more safe for work release with just 10 censored base models and lots of poses that would be amazing. Similar to this: https://store.steampowered.com/app/979710/Easy_Pose/
It could also be a very good earning potential for the VAM creator to release something like that.

Anyway, thanks for your help again :)
