Well,
you load a scene, wait a minute or sometimes longer, you start package manager, you click to load current scene to check missing addons, you browse through this tiny list in lower right corner to check missing things ONLY for your loaded scene. You clik "scan hub", browse list of everything missing and click each individual missing item. You click "Close". Now you load scene again and again wait a minute or sometimes longer to see result.

select scene, VAM checks meta json, displays window with missing addons for this file and button to download all for this file from hub in parallel and the button to finally open scene? Three clicks, faster download, single load.
