Question Root node Visibility

Quick Question - can't figure how/why the "Off" root nodes became visible. Must have hit a key that enabled it. How can I turn them off? In the snipit... the Head is On (green), while the Neck and the others (red) are Off. I know its something so simple, too!!! TIA

(FYI, I am using MacGruber's Power Handles and Runvik's Pose Helper.)
