Question Recording Animations

This is a very simple question. I want to create an animation using timeline, but I couldn't find the record button. Can you provide a pic?

Just in case someone like me stumbles across this thread looking for the solution.

The Recording Button ist the (Start redording in 0...) Button below Record.
But you have to select at least one of the Controls on the left (Not only Add the Controls, also select the ones you want to record).
This will unlock the recording function. (Only the selected Controls will be recorded)
