Assuming the content you want to use is inside a VAR package, you can just reference it. That way the content would not actually be included in your own package. The only exception would be content that uses one of the CC licences with "NC" (for non-commercial), obviously. So check the licence of the content you want to use.
Note that using paid content by other creators in your own paid content is seen as rude in this community. It can be very annoying for your subscribers when they find out that they need to subscribe to someone else's Patreon as well just to use your content. You should prefer Hub-hosted content for your dependencies wherever possible.
