Question Problems with VR POV in LDR scenes. (broken perspectives and characters locked in place)

So I've been tweaking some LDR scenes to make them more interactive. I go to Embody and set the right hand to do hip control, but when I try to use the "Possess Atom Head/Hands" like I usually do when using embody, it'll snap me to the position of that characters head without any actual embodiment going on, like my hands aren't synced to the characters, both the VR hands and the Atoms hands are there. I can only control the guy when I hit LDR's "POV" button, but the view is almost always locked to a weird angle that isn't natural to my real life orientation. Also the character is like glued to their pose. Usually when I embody I like to just use the thumb sticks on my Quest controllers to easily adjust and position myself properly. Is there a way to make the Embody more free? Maybe I'm missing a plugin?

I've only ever done this before in TGC's Virtual Sweetheart and I like how it was handled there. Once again that was a case where pressing "POV" would make things weird, but at least I could just hit the "Possess Atom Heads/Hands", select the atom's head, and actually control the character from there.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Embody and VaM's built-in possession aren't really meant to be used together. If you want to control the right hand and hip at the same time it can be done that way but there are other options. For example, you could manipulate the hipControl by changing its "Link To Atom" to [CameraRig] and "Link To" to RightHand, then changing its Position and Rotation to Parent Link.

Scenes that have a "POV" button are usually just activating an instance of the Embody plugin through the button. If the camera and character become locked it's likely the scene creator configured Embody for "Select Passenger" rather than "Select Trackers". To regain control you can switch those settings around and Configure Trackers however you like. You could also just add your own instance of the plugin and activate that one manually through the UI instead.

Maybe the scene animation is forcing something, somewhere, or you're using a Embody option that leads to that. Without looking at the scene, it's difficult to assess what could be,
