Can't replicate Presets don't load properly

Cloth-presets and also other presets do not load properly here.

I have found an issue with at least some of the built-in clothing presets not working within the items themselves (in the Customize area), and I will address this.

Regular clothing presets from the "Clothing Presets" on the Person all seem to be working. Can you be more specific about what is not working?

I have the new NeoAyane presets issue fixed, but it seems you are referring to something else and I cannot replicate. Since you had another issue I could also not replicate that seemed odd, please trying repairing you install by launching VaM_Updater.exe, click Options, choose Repair Core option.
