Possible to disable specific collisions?

Hi. Is it possible to disable specific collisions while leaving others active? I want to activate the vagina and anus related collisions while leaving the rest disabled. I have a character in a position that will cause all the colliders to freak out if activated. Is there a plugin or any other way I can do this? Any help is greatly appreaciated. Thanks.

You can try finding the problematic collider(s) with the Collider Editor:

Maybe you only need to adjust one or a few colliders. I am not sure if you can turn off a whole set of them at once.
