Not as long as payments on third party platforms to obtain the resources is a reality. If they were to provide all the resources officially through a monthly subscription then it could be perfectly fine on Steam. But as I said, currently each creator sells their stuff separately and Valve doesn't like that.

No. Steam never explicitly said why they took Vam down, but once they remove something, they don't let it back on.

Vam2? Who knows. Maybe at some point.
