Downgrading vam using the launcher seems to leave something (json related I think) behind. It results in (some but not all) plugin settings saving defaults instead of selected UI settings to scene files. It seems to be an issue saving any setting linked to lists, but it is hard to confirm.
I can only guess the updated launcher is simply missing a CRC check on a new version json dll or similar when downgrading.
This seems to have started happening somewhere around 14/2 for me (meaning some change in 1.21.0.4 likely). Maybe this can help track down the cause/culprit.
(Before anyone asks) In my case I had to downgrade due to the new browser not working with most videos, which most of my scenes rely on.
