Question pose pack not showing in pose preset folder

I'm trying to get this pack to work https://hub.virtamate.com/resources/pose-collection-on-the-floor.15360/ I downloaded the var file but cant find where the poses go

These are packaged as legacy pose presets. They're not under Pose Presets. Go to the Control & Physics 1 tab. Click on Load Pose. They are in AddonPackages Filtered by the package name. I found a whole bunch of other legacy stuff in there!
