Penny Cross - Look inspired by an actress

This is a look inspired by a Spanish Actress. I consider her to be one of the most beautiful women in the world so I spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to get this look just right. I am very happy with the way that she turned out and I hope that you like her as much as I do. Enjoy!
