When using the @Acid Bubbles Passenger plugin, no matter what settings I try, it won't follow the person atom's head that's animated in the timeline.

Try Embody which is the evolution of Passenger, ImprovedPOV, Snug, etc, all into 1 and more.

Oh, much better! Good news and bad news, though. Good news is it works in desktop, bad news is in VR, I don't know how to make it stay in place, rather than move anywhere/everywhere with my headset!

@D-Rock with Embody, if you use the Improved Possession preset (the default), you'll control the model; if you choose the Passenger preset, your VR headset will follow the position of the model's head. You can tweak this in the Passenger settings: https://github.com/acidbubbles/vam-embody/wiki/Passenger including toggling off Lock, which means you'll be teleported at the model's head position but won't follow it.
