Question Noob question about loading poses

Is there a setting where when loading a pose it doesn't move my model to the poses set location and she changes into her pose right in the location she is currently at?

I am trying to animate some transitions with using poses as bridges. But every time I select load pose she moves really far away and its somewhat annoying.

Ya you can do this by saving a pose in the pose presets tab with "store root node in pose" unchecked.
