Is there a way to make any clothing's texture look like latex?
And is there a plugin or easy fix for poses that are not aligned properly if you change the default models in the poses that are a different height or body type?

Is there a way to make any clothing's texture look like latex?

Play around with specularity and gloss settings for the clothing (Parameters tab). For latex, you'll want to set specularity intensity much higher than normal. If it has a specularity texture already (Textures tab), then you might want to try changing it to NULL in order to make the shininess more evenly distributed.
