There are still some unfinished areas such as the VIP room and staff room, and it will take some time to complete, so for now it will be released as a beta version.

Hey hirohiro! Wonderfull work!

Two things:

• ND does not mean you cannot use it outside of VAM. As CC explains it, moving an asset from let's say VAM to Unreal Engine, is NOT a derivative work. I'm just mentionning that so that you're not surprised if someone does it
• Your long and awesome investment in that enviro should really benefit from baking it fully. For instance, that section would be gorgeous with a proper baking. That's a matter of preference, but it's sad to see all your efforts getting "undermined" because you want to keep realtime lights
