Naga Siren from DOTA2, as if someone has cosplayed her IRL. Look based on game character model and my drafts from Skyrim modding. Contains sample scene, custom hair and custom textures.

Trivia
While i modded Skyrim a couple years ago, i had an idea "what if i insert followers from dota into skyrim". And because in Skyrim you can't have nagas, i decided to "humanize" her. And when i recearched about VaM, in some day i created look, based on in-game model from DOTA...
