My VAM started freezing randomly

Everything was fine yesterday and today in the morning, but right now it just freezes like 10 seconds after I run it. Doesn't matter whether I'm in menu or scene, it just completely freezes.

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3080 OC Edition
CPU: i7-12700k
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3200mhz

I only downloaded like 3 scenes. It's installed on my m2 SSD (Samsung 980 PRO)

Temperatures seems to be fine - GPU was 60 and CPU was around 55

What did you do since yesterday?

Added 3 more scenes and independency files - that's it.

What happens if you remove those new files?
No updates to drivers, steam, etc?
