Hello,
I'm not sure you can move that menu in VR. If the VaM menu seems to out of position or alignment, there is a SteamVR button to reset/re-center your position.
- Press (maybe hold) the menu button on the left oculus controller.
- A SteamVR dashboard menu should pop up.
- The button is on the bottom right (its a head with a arrow circling it).
If you mean to do something else, let me know and I'll try to help.
