Monitor on Profile Setting

No idea if some of you do this by rotating your monitor. brilliant for creating models without hving to keep using keys to move about. Within the options themselves no issues
However to choose a scene I get this. It will not get smaller or zoom out. Ive looked in the options and guessed with no result .
Can this be rectified?

It would require a plugin to be created specifically for scaling/adjusting the scene browser based on monitor aspect ratio
