Yes, MicroPhysics Fixer should be fully compatible with Naturalis.
It stabilizes the
core VaM physics (mass, drag, damping, collisions, solver settings), while Naturalis adds an
additional soft-body simulation layer on top. They do not overwrite each other, and most creators already combine Naturalis with other stabilizers.
If anything, MicroPhysics Fixer should make Naturalis
more stable, especially during strong motion or penetration, because the underlying rigidbodies become safer and more predictable.
Just avoid running
extreme softness in both plugins at the same time, and everything should work perfectly.
