PixelPorts, skynet, DitzyDtiz, OniEkohvius (you already tried them). jacky cracky and EuLinRabei do stylized versions so not true ports, Jackaroo, Shioro, Barbarossa, paledriver and there are many others just search video game characters in the search and you'll see most of the creators there. I don't think they all do commissions, but you can check. There are other creators that have Asian character game ports also
