Looking for Balls/Testicles splitter/holder and thin cum?

Hi, I have been looking around for this one asset/resource for a very long time but to no avail, I have found the cage by Zoidberg and I can find the outfits and tattoos but two things those being this support/hook/holder thing on the testicles it seemed like a piercing to me in a different video but I couldn't find it even under piercing it is used in MackG4's VAM videos I have provided images below because I suck at defining it I don't know if this is a custom resource that Mack ported over or if it is available but I would love if someone can guide me in the right direction. The second is making the cum thin as far as my knowledge regarding VAM goes Fluid 101 can accomplish that right? If not I would love to know if there is a thin cum asset/ resource out there.

I don't think it's a clothing item, because that shape would probably deform quite allot with that part of the model. It's probably a custom unity asset. It may actually be the ToyAH asset in the built in toys menu, just scaled down with the collisions off and parent linked to the testes control node.
