Look/Scenes unopenable only shown as In Library.

Some of my Looks ive downloaded off the hub have no scene to open into, look, or preset. It only show as In Library greyed out but not way to access them. Is there something im missing or doing wrong?

Did you check if they have an Appearance Preset you can load, or did you just check for the legacy preset types?
