Solved Local coordinates

Is there any way to locally customize body part coordinates to a character?

Right now body part coordinates = body coordinates globally.
Want Body - 0.5000, Hip - 0.0000.

Below the coordinates you are pointing to on your screenshots there are the "Parent Atom Relative" and the "Self Relative" coordinates. Have you checked out if they do what you want?
