Question Loading and saving looks changed?

I updated to the newest version today and find that after saving more androgynous models as looks, when I load that look into a new scene, it has "feminized" (e.g., boobs get bigger).

Is there something I need to toggle to load looks as they were saved?

There is a bug that was introduced in the release that prevents opposite gender morphs from saving properly. A fix is complete and will be released in 1.21.0.5 tomorrow. That may not describe what you are seeing but that is my best guess based on your description.
