Solved Lighting Promblem

In certain scenes that have lighting effects, I'm getting artifacts with the lights — small red and orange halos/glows/specks (tiny glowing dots or particles) appearing randomly or around light sources. It looks like noise or blooming gone wrong. This happens especially with strong lights, bloom, or post-processing effects. How do I troubleshoot and fix it?

I remember someone recently had the same problem. A setting in your GPU is causing that.

Check the Shader quality in Vam User preferences too.

The shader quality should not produce that effect, it's definitely a driver/GPU misconfiguration : )
