Added an alternate head morph that doesn't include the Elf Ears so you can make either character female instead of elf.
It is called Sionia - Head under Characters
Added a General Preset for Kylia using the Alternate Futa plugin by Stopper.
There is also a alt futa preset though if you setup alt futa manually you need to load the torso textures from the elfAltFuta folder as well.

Can you please help? I can't seem to save Alt-Futa-Kylia look as a futa, she keeps saving as a female.

If you're trying to save a preset using the alt futa plugin you need to save it as a general preset instead of an appearance preset, since appearance preset wont save things like plugins.

I opened this character after a long time working on other stuff.
I found the hip-waist ratio kind of... too much. i like my characters to look pretty realistic
so v2 is an adjustment to her waist/hips and a minor adjustment to the female's genitals
the original preset is still included if you prefer that.
