I kind of remember i used to add some plugins to make the girl be more a live, like there was some thing so she follows you with her eyes. I think that's on by default. But who knows where it is because in the Person/ Plugins section i dont see any plugin for that.
Anyways, another one would be the girl talking to me kind of sexual, i don't know which plugin that is.
ANother would be breathing, again i dont know what that is.
I think there was also one where when you partners approach they start like kissing. Is that like some "Silver kissing" i think.

Can anyone tell me what are the commonly used ones for making a girl feel alive?

If you are looking for a quick win without much setup, I recommend to drop my Life plugin and also Glance (by AcidBubbles) onto your character. Also you would want to use the VaM-build-in "Auto Blink" and "Auto Expressions" for the character. At default settings you should get decent results already. Note that "Auto Expressions" doesn't work too well with some/many custom looks...as most creators seem to be unable to create characters with neutral expresions. In that case you would need to come up with some other way for facial expressions, e.g. Timeline, IdlePoser or some other plugin.

If you want to go a bit more complex, I recommend to use randomly overlapping animation layers. That gets you quite far with manageable setup work. My usual setup is something like this, layers in order of importance:
(copy&paste from another thread)
  1. Eye blink (=> e.g. VaM build-in "Auto Blink")
  2. Breathing (=> e.g. Life plugin)
    • Idle animation of chest, stomach, nose, mouth, lips
    • Matching breathing sounds in sync with animation
  3. Micro head movement (=> e.g. Gaze plugin, part of Life)
  4. Micro eye movement (=> Glance plugin)
    • I think you need to switch the video below to "HD" to see it
  5. Shifting facial expressions (=> e.g. VaM build-in "Auto Expressions")
  6. Occasionally shifting marco focus, looking at different things in the world
  7. Macro hand movement (=> IdlePoser or Timeline plugins)
  8. Marco body movement (=> IdlePoser or Timeline plugins)
  9. (Having other animated things in your scene besides characters also helps.....e.g. those swinging chains)
All of those just play mostly independently of each other with random timings....so you have some slight controlled chaos...aka "Life".
Example with just Life, Gaze, Glance and 5 instances of IdlePoser (eye target, marco body, left hand, right hand, fingers over the remote):
