No that I know of, but Timeline tries to prevent "over rotation" and VAM does too in general. It's highly unlikely you'd see a limb rotated 180° the other way... and in some fringe cases, you would immediately see it as the physics engine goes nuts in that case.
Note: this would be possible to achieve over the geoshell, it's quite easy to do a texture like this : )
