Question Is 32gb of ram good enough for VAM?

Hey everyone i have a question. How much ram dose vam need to run efficiently? ATM I'm running Vam on 2 systems my notebook i5 12500h 32gb @ 3200mhz with a rtx 3050 4gb
and my main system ryzen 5700g with rx 6600 8gb and 16gb @ 4000mhz which I'm planning to upgrade to 32gb @ 3600mhz.
