interface disappears

When you change the scene or when loading a new empty, the interface disappears. It’s something to do with the graphic plugins. I don’t know how to fix it, only a reboot helps, it’s very annoying, I haven’t been able to overcome this for 2 years now. If anyone knows how to fix this, please tell me.
 
What do you mean by graphic plugins?
 
Is that in VR or in desktop mode too?
 
Strange for that to happen in desktop mode.
Well, if disabling PostMagic solves your problem, then disable it and check the PM resource discussion if someone has the same issue.

but I think I figured out what the problem is, this problem appears if there is already a postmagic in the scene, and I didn’t notice this, I start loading another one and they conflict. but why this happens when deleting or changing empty is not clear.
