In search of a Lacey Chabert look

I've searched high and low, and I cannot for the life of me find a celeb (Lacey Chabert) look that I downloaded and then lost.

I think it was free around Halloween of last year, since my memory is of a leather body suit & cat ears.
Would love to find it again, thanks in advance if you know it.
