2nd post in a row, sorry. :)

Is there a way to identify values of body morhps that are not default?

Like a monkey I basically just merged looks until I liked 2 or 3 of them.

Problem : fine tuning of the looks. Even bigger problem: I downloaded a morph pack with like hundreds of custom morphs and now it's messy as hell in my morphs.

You can click show "only active" and it will filter out everything you are not using. There is a default button under each morph slider to put it back to the normal value.
