Question Free asset - Non Commercial

Hi, many of "free" asset are marked as NonCommercial. What exactly that mean. Ie. i want to create some VN game based on some of such marked assets (clothin, hairs, looks). And give that game to all my patreon followers is it commercial or not ? i not exactly sell the game its free for all who support me on Patreon along with all other stuff i provide.

what if its free on some supported level but on higher level i want to add some additional stuff like more / better videos or enhanced with new scens game ?

When you run a Patreon, everything you do in relation to that is commercial.
