I want to know how much my hardware upgrade will impact the frame rate.

I usually play in VR, but two Female characters with tittymagic
This is the PC I'm currently using:
CPU:AMD R7 5800X(But this CPU can only run at 4.4GHz now.)
RAM:32G 3200MHz
GPU:RTX 4080 SUPER

I planning to upgrade the 5800X to 9700X with 64G/6000MHz or higher frequency memory.
Would upgrading from the 5800X to 9800X3D result in a bigger performance boost, or would a higher frequency 9950X be better?

Thank you for the tool you provided,I had already forgotten about this post. It seems that upgrading to a CPU stronger than the 7800X3D is already at its limit.
