Solved I have no hands and I must feel

I don't know if I'm just stupid but I don't have any hands in-game? Using an Oculus Rift S with motion controls. I've toggled on/off hand display - all I have is a blue and a red ball where hands would otherwise be. Have I just not set something up properly? Or has something bugged out? I also can't seem to use the in-game store either (won't let me click on the 'Yes I am older than 18' link) and sound still seems to be outputting to my headset instead of headphones even though I've set it in Oculus home.

Hi,
1. Change the hand settings here:

2. For Online Browsing, when you get the prompt for age verification, instead click on Log In up top. It's just redirecting you to reddit. Just log in with your reddit creds.
3. For sound, you need to change your playback device through windows before opening VaM.
