You can select the “head” region and copy and paste all morphs from there to the other character. One of the downsides (or advantages, depending on how you look at it) of the morphsplitter is that you end up with 1 single morph for the head. Instead, I use this mass morph manager because I like to see all morphs which the head consists of, so I can tweak the character later.
