If you put them in a subscene, they will all stay together and you can load them as a subscene. The problem with that is that if the atom being controlled is not part of the subscene, then the triggers will all be broken. Putting an atom inside the subscene is not a good solution, because then you have to change the appearance every time you load it. You can also save a scene with no environment or furniture and then do a merge load. That's about the same as using a subscene.
