VaM 1.x How to quickly remove atoms from a scene from the Select tab.

I was making a clean version of VaM 1.x. In the previous build, before deleting this game, I could delete atoms from the scene without selecting them, but directly from the Select tab. To the right of the list were buttons to disable visibility and delete. Now I can't remember what plugin it was, or whether I used BeplnEx. Does anyone remember the name?
