Hair Has Colision, In this tutorial, not have enough time for adjust. It Should be Hair Colider Radius More Thicker It will works well.
In Tutorial, Hair Material cutout value was bit higher, so seemed poke through shoulder.
If Turn off cutout, coliders seems works well.
(Arm Coliders have to enough thin. cos If it is thick, it makes Conflicts some animations, but maybe can be bit thicker)
