Solved How to import timeline animation into scene animation?

I know timeline has feature to import animations "from" scene animation, but are there any plugin or method to export timeline animation "to" scene animation?

Timeline can do that also

Advanced keyframe tools screen -> Bake animation (arm & record)

I haven't tried it, but you might be able to create a trigger in the mocap animation to load the timeline animation.
