Question How to get the sphere to show up on Atoms?

How do you get the movement/rotation sphere to show up on atoms? Trying to edit some scenes and in desktop mode and I can't get it to show up for some UI buttons etc.

and if that's not the case, than make sure "Allow Possess/Grab" on Position/Rotation is enabled
