Question How to get a decent black light effect?

Hello everyone,

I am trying to figure out how to get a decent black light effect for a scene that I'm making. I've tried tweaking the global lighting settings by turning the diffuse intensity down to zero and bump up the specular intensity - this works well on articles of clothing, but for some reason doing so makes eyeballs and fingernails glow just like the clothes, which hinders immersion.

Does anyone have tips for setting this up? I know that there's the emissive clothing plugin, but I haven't been able to get it to work for me.

Hi, I am not sure about the blacklight effect - I even can't recognize how this exactly has looked like atm - but if you are searching for a way to make your scene look psychedelic in a maybe not 100% authentic look, then you may want to take a look at MacGrubers PostMagic and the LUT-function.
If you combine that with some of the settings you mentioned above, then you will get some pretty astonishing effects.
