Tan lines are textures.
Go to the person atom > Skin textures > Decal (torso and genitals usually) and load the tan textures you have.
If you don't have any you need to find some package with tan lines or use the tan textures from a model who has them.
Same thing for makeup or tattoos. Decal texture.
